SOCIAL HOMEWORK


Timeline 1 (Franco´s dictatorship; society in the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s; and Spain since 1975)
You have to create a timeline as the previous one that includes the three periods that we studied during the previous week (Franco´s dictatorship; society in the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s; and Spain since 1975). You have to include the main events, people and dates that we saw in class, the images of the timeline will give you an idea of the most important information that you have to include, but you can add more if you want to. You can either continue the first timeline since it is continuation or, you can create a new one with this information. It is important that you explain the images, not only write key words, you need to make whole sentences so someone that doesn´t really know about the topic can understand it.

Timeline 2 (artistic movements)
In the artistic timeline, you have to create a timeline about the artistic movements during the end of XIX and XX centuries (Realism, Cubism, Surrealism and Abstract Art). The images represent all the information that you need to include within the timeline. It is important that you specify poets, writers and painters, as well as the two groups formed (Generation of 98 and 27). It is important that you explain the images, not only write key words, you need to make whole sentences so someone that doesn´t really know about the topic can understand it. In this case, you have to create an independent timeline and do not continue the others since the topic is quite separated from the other two timelines. Since it is a timeline of artistic movements, please try to be quite creative when making it, you can also decorate if you want to.
